We created this logo back in 2016 for an event conducted by The Modernist. GM10 was an event consisting of bus rides around Greater Manchester which took a tour past prolific examples of Modernist architecture. The event revolved around people voting for their top 10 buildings in the Greater Manchester Area.
The logo takes influence from architectural structures but still gives a sense of movement, a sense of indecisiveness. We suggested that The Modernist use the typeface used in the logo, Franklin Gothic, throughout all of the marketing material which they created for the event.
